Pizza Adventures of the Intimate Kind: Pizza Party, Islamabad

Humble Beginnings

Before embarking on our return-trip to the capital of Punjab and our home-sweet/sweltering-home, Lahore, a craving was detected. One that seemed almost insatiable in a strange city–one for freshly baked, thin-crust pizzas!

Luckily, a distant memory of a pizza foray  and the quick analytics of Foursquare came to rescue.   The car was pointed towards Pizza Party, which is tucked behind a guest house in a cozy residential street.

For a small operation with only one functional brick oven, their pizzas are to die for! Or, well, worth indulging in! The four cheeses melt so perfectly into the crunchy, yet doughy thin crust base– homemade pizza goodness under 10 minutes flat.

Not bad for a foodie out of his/her city—not bad at all!
